Ricoh acquire Ridgian and expand their UK footprint
Ricoh announced this week that they acquired the UK leading information management consultancy - an investment that represents Ricoh's long term vision to grow its core business, expand its services and further enhance the expertise it offers its and our clients.
The acquisition will see Ridgian remain as a separate company controlled by Ricoh, but both companies will work together on the development of commercial synergies.

The acquisition was completed on the 1st May 2015,. The company comprises 50 employees who are highly specialised in IT services and are based at their office in Birmingham. This acquisition is a part of Ricoh's global strengthening of its business service infrastructure, providing businesses around the world with the tools and expertise to optimise business critical document processes and IT services. It builds on the recent acquisitions of ICT services providers, Npo Sistemi in Italy 2014 and Aventia in Spain in 2013 and supports Ricoh's focus to expand its portfolio to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
